This isn't a job posting. We don't have a list of openings, and we're not asking you to apply for a title. We have a standard, and this is how you find out whether you meet it.
It takes about an hour. There's no résumé upload at the start and no form to fill in about where you went to school. Instead there are six things we'd like you to show us — some written, one recorded, one built.
Use whatever you use to work, including AI. We're not testing whether you can write unaided. We want to see what you direct and how you think. Just tell us what you used.
You can stop and come back. We'll email you a link that returns you to where you left off.
We keep what you send for twelve months and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Nothing is connected to your Spotify, your social accounts, or anywhere else — we only see what you choose to show us.
First — so we can find our way back to you
One of six
You've read the page. Say it back to us in your own words — what you think we're actually doing, and why it's worth doing. Precision counts more than enthusiasm.
Two of six · the one that matters most
An agent, a workflow, a system, a tool — something that took work off your own hands and changed how your days go. The best version of this is a three-to-five minute screen recording where you walk us through it: what it does, why you built it, what you'd fix.
Tell us about the part that didn't work, too. What broke and what you learned from it is usually the more interesting half.
Three of six
An artist, a team, a scene, a creator. Make it land with someone who doesn't get it. We're not checking whether your taste matches ours — we want to know that devotion is something you understand from the inside.
Four of six
—
There's no correct answer and we're not looking for one. We want to see what you weigh, what you'd want to know first, and what you'd be willing to be wrong about.
Five of six · one take
You'll see the question when you press record, and there's only one take. That's deliberate — this is the one part we'd like unpolished. How well you present is not what we're reading.
The question appears when you start.
0:00 / 2:00Six of six · optional
A résumé, a portfolio, a site, a project. Entirely optional, and we read it last — it isn't what we base the decision on.
That's everything
A person reads every one of these. Not a filter, not a form — someone on the team, all the way through.
We'll come back to you within two weeks either way. If it's a yes, we'll set up time in Stockholm or New York to meet properly, in person, with the people you'd actually work with. If it's not now, we'll say so plainly and tell you whether it's worth coming back later. It often is.
We keep what you sent for twelve months. Reply to the confirmation email at any point and we'll delete it within thirty days.
